What is always included

What we will not do
- Hold your hosting or domain hostage
- Build on a proprietary CMS only we can edit
- Quote a rebuild when a fix would do
- Ship an AI feature with no evaluation set
- Disappear after the invoice clears
How payment works
- Discovery week billed separately, up front
- Then 40% to start, 30% at midpoint, 30% on handover
- Care plans billed monthly, cancel with 30 days' notice
- Invoices in INR or USD

Five days, fixed fee, deliverable in hand at the end: an architecture document, a risk list, a scope breakdown and a fixed quote. If we conclude we are not the right team, you keep the document and we part ways.
